Tumon Maui Well Rehabilitation Center

The Tumon Maui Well Rehabilitation project was done for the US Air Force and US Navy in the Marianas Islands.

The well is the largest single domestic water producing well in the island of Guam. It is a 1000 ft long underground horizontal well which can produce up to1.3 million gallons of water per day. Because of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC’s) - TCE and PCE in the water, it was shutdown in 1998.
